Throughout the animation screen production students keep a daily Production Journal discussing
- events
- processes
- personal responses and reflections.
The Production Journal is to be submitted at the end of the subject but should be reviewed at intervals throughout the semester.
The Production Journal should demonstrate collaboration and management skills, including critical evaluation of self, cast, crew and the production process.
Students are assessed on their role in every project on which they crew and on their evaluation of themselves as both manager (producer/director) and crew member. The Production Journal may take the form of a written or electronic document e.g. a diary/scrapbook, video diary or weblog or in any other appropriate form as negotiated with relevant staff.
