dont use auto exposure, auto aperature, auto iris or auto anything when shooting stop motion. this will eliminate the need for the flicker tools.

In AE: Try setting the color stabalize filter to "brightness" mode with a sample size of 20
hey mate. yeah ive heard about GDBeflicker, i downloaded it yesterday and it is a step in the right direction. it didnt remove it completely but its better. maybe with some tweaking it could come close to getting rid of a big chunk.
ReplyDeletei tried to remove a rig, and its going to be a pain to match the clean plate with the animation.. i know its a long option but photoshop might be a better one?
